what type of glove should i train with?
i have fake leather simple and rather small boxing gloves and fingerless leather gloves
what is better.
i have a 90 cm punching bag it is not very compressed and weighss around 11 kg
dude these are the gloves i have which is better !
yea get the 12 oz gloves i got them.

if your training for ufc you might not be able to use them in sparring. but great bag gloves and boxing.
